Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Account Excellence & Innovation (Red Hat).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Red Hat account revenue performance and maintain strong client relationships
• Build and lead a high-performing service delivery team while ensuring delivery excellence
• Support technology innovation initiatives and manage automation project milestones

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or related professional services
• Strong expertise in Red Hat technologies such as RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible
• Proven experience in managing enterprise client relationships and revenue growth
• Experience building and developing high-performing consulting teams
• Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and automation initiatives
