Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales or account management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS environments
  • Domain expertise in CLM, ERP, CRM, or BSM is preferred
  • Proven success in value-based selling and driving incremental revenue growth
  • Experience managing large Fortune 500 client engagements and complex sales cycles
  • Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and directing strategic initiatives
