Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans while monitoring customer satisfaction and conducting account health checks
- Manage ongoing account business, contractual obligations, and organize steering committee meetings
- Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to enhance project portfolios and licensing opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science subject area (e.g., genetics, biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- 5-10 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with a preference for sales experience
- Ability to establish long-term relationships based on trust
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong business awareness and commercial competence in positioning products/services
