Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans to enhance customer satisfaction and monitor account health
  • Manage ongoing account business, contractual obligations, and organize steering committee meetings
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to increase project portfolios and licensing opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science subject area (e.g., genetics, biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
  • 5-10 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with a preference for sales experience
  • Customer-facing attitude with the ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex deals
  • Strong business awareness and commercial competence in positioning products/services
