Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead their Enterprise Segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and empower multiple Account Management teams to achieve business results and customer goals
- Own growth targets, customer retention, and contract renewals while implementing effective forecasting
- Develop strategic direction for the Enterprise Segment and drive team performance through data analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of second-line leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership with Account Management, Sales, or Account Executive teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience in Staffing/Contingent workforce, HR tech, or Talent Acquisition industries is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams
