Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead their Enterprise Segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower multiple Account Management teams to achieve business results and customer goals
  • Own growth targets, customer retention, and contract renewals while implementing effective forecasting
  • Develop strategic direction for the Enterprise Segment and drive team performance through data analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of second-line leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership with Account Management, Sales, or Account Executive teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience in Staffing/Contingent workforce, HR tech, or Talent Acquisition industries is a plus
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams
