Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to retain and grow revenue from existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new revenue opportunities and achieve team net revenue targets
- Ensure delivery of contractual obligations and maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop strategic relationships and mentor account managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of sales or sales engineering experience
- Deep understanding of financial markets and existing industry contacts
- Experience selling managed services in the financial services industry
- Ability to negotiate contracts and establish strong customer relationships
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform is a plus
