Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to retain and grow revenue from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and achieve team net revenue targets
  • Ensure delivery of contractual obligations and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategic relationships and mentor account managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of sales or sales engineering experience
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and existing industry contacts
  • Experience selling managed services in the financial services industry
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and establish strong customer relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform is a plus
