Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Account Management - Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic hospitality accounts, driving customer success, retention, and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships by aligning solutions to client business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in hospitality marketing/eCommerce, customer success, or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in nurturing and expanding account portfolios with measurable growth
  • Strong track record of value-based executive relationship building and strategic consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
