Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management - Financial/Banking/Credit Unions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies to increase share of wallet
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the financial services and banking vertical
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally in the banking/financial services sector
• Proven experience in digital platforms and solutions tailored to the financial vertical
• Demonstrated success nurturing and expanding account portfolios with measurable growth
• Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred
