Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

Builds and expands Consulting Services and software implementation business within existing accounts
Partners with product companies to create and execute strategic business plans for key accounts
Collaborates with Marketing for events and provides customer feedback for service improvements

Required Qualifications

Expert-level experience in selling Consulting and Professional Services in the EDM space
Deep knowledge of EDM, MDM, Data Governance, and Data Analytics implementations
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
Experience in selling software data products is useful
