Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Account Management - Wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand client relationships by engaging with key stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through POC conversions, upsells, and renewals to achieve NRR goals
- Ensure customer retention and success by delivering exceptional account management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proven ability to manage and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
- Experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
- Consultative approach with experience in consulting preferred
- Experience engaging with VP/C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of the wellness industry is a plus
