Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Account Management - Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and expand client relationships by engaging with key stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through POC conversions, upsells, and renewals to achieve NRR goals
  • Ensure customer retention and success by delivering exceptional account management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proven ability to manage and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
  • Experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Consultative approach with experience in consulting preferred
  • Experience engaging with VP/C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of the wellness industry is a plus
