Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to build, scale, and lead their Account Management organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and scale the Account Management function
  • Own net revenue retention (NRR), expansion ARR, and account growth KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing Account Management team
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS customer/account management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in owning NRR, renewal, and expansion revenue targets
  • Experience building and scaling account management teams
  • Expertise in operationalizing customer engagement models
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and build scalable processes
