Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to build, scale, and lead their Account Management organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale the Account Management function
- Own net revenue retention (NRR), expansion ARR, and account growth KPIs
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing Account Management team
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS customer/account management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in owning NRR, renewal, and expansion revenue targets
- Experience building and scaling account management teams
- Expertise in operationalizing customer engagement models
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and build scalable processes
