Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to oversee client relationships and deliver healthcare data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for self-insured employer clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to create insights for decision-making and collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of solutions
• Translate complex data insights into clear reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in account management or client success within data analytics, technology, or consulting
• 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics and 3 years in healthcare payment integrity
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and negotiating contracts
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies
