Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive-level relationships with tier-1 acquirer and payment processor accounts, ensuring partnership health and retention
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to align customer needs with business priorities and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, cybersecurity, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a strategic growth role in the payments industry
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and PCI compliance
- Experience in developing revenue growth strategies and aligning product value with customer strategies
- Strong enterprise-level negotiation skills with large acquirers and processors
