Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead and expand partnerships across strategic retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to strengthen relationships and drive long-term value
  • Identify new store locations for kiosk installations and assess performance data to recommend placements
  • Serve as a senior liaison to cross-functional leaders within strategic retail partners and manage escalations professionally
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in national account management or strategic retail partnerships
  • Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Expert level proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Excel
  • Strong financial acumen with forecasting responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
