Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead and expand partnerships across strategic retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to strengthen relationships and drive long-term value
- Identify new store locations for kiosk installations and assess performance data to recommend placements
- Serve as a senior liaison to cross-functional leaders within strategic retail partners and manage escalations professionally
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in national account management or strategic retail partnerships
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets
- Expert level proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Excel
- Strong financial acumen with forecasting responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
