Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management in the Pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client success and commercial expansion by managing the end-to-end success of accounts and ensuring measurable client outcomes
  • Oversee project management for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders to facilitate growth and upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing complex SaaS or platform deployments within the healthcare or biopharma space
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid); PMP certification is a plus
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing tech integration with client-side CRMs and patient data platforms
  • Experience managing accounts with $500K+ ARR, focusing on business outcomes and trusted relationships
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations
