Job Summary
Owning and growing strategic relationships with platform customers, the full-time Director of Account Management will drive revenue growth, manage executive relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue growth for platform accounts through renewals and expansions, identifying upsell opportunities
- Lead strategic account planning and build executive-level relationships with platform customers
- Ensure value realization for platforms through adoption planning and operational excellence initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or customer success in SaaS, video, or ad-tech environments
- Proven success in driving renewals and expansion with large enterprise customers
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex deal cycles in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
