Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Director of Account Management will define strategies for customer portfolio expansion and renewal while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Zurich or a fully remote position in Germany.

Key responsibilities
  • Define market segment strategies to expand and renew customer portfolios
  • Engage with executives to strengthen customer relationships and drive renewals
  • Lead the sales process and manage team performance to exceed annual quotas
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS business
  • Strong understanding of sales discovery frameworks and business case development
  • Experience with Salesforce and ability to analyze data for customer insights
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build strong relationships
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
