Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Director of Account Management will define strategies for customer portfolio expansion and renewal while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Zurich or a fully remote position in Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Define market segment strategies to expand and renew customer portfolios
- Engage with executives to strengthen customer relationships and drive renewals
- Lead the sales process and manage team performance to exceed annual quotas
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS business
- Strong understanding of sales discovery frameworks and business case development
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to analyze data for customer insights
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build strong relationships
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
