Job Summary
Leading the Account Management Department, the full-time Director of Account Management will motivate and coach staff, oversee program compliance and quality service delivery, and manage client communications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct front-line account management activities while leading the Account Management Department
- Manage client communications, coordinate meetings, and support onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Assess team skills and deliver training to drive continuous improvement in performance
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or at least 2 years of account management or management experience
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service or management experience, preferably in educational admissions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate staff
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
- Past records of integrity ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements
