Director of Account Management

Job Summary

Managing client relationships with large, self-insured employers, the full-time Director of Account Management will lead the delivery of healthcare data analytics solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and providing strategic solutions
• Utilize advanced analytics to create insights that inform decision-making and enhance plan management
• Translate complex data insights into clear reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles within data analytics or consulting
• 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• 3 years of healthcare payment integrity experience
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and negotiating contracts
