Job Summary
Leading regional post-sale revenue performance, the full-time salaried Director of Account Management will drive customer retention and expansion strategies, utilizing AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional retention and expansion performance by designing AI-enabled account strategies and ensuring disciplined execution
- Develop scalable expansion frameworks and establish high-confidence forecasting systems in collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations
- Lead and coach high-performing managers while driving performance management and talent strategy across the account management team
Required qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in account management or customer success, with at least 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in improving retention and customer trust in regulated environments
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly governed industries preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and AI-driven analytics for performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience considered
