Job Summary
Leading regional post-sale revenue performance, the full-time salaried Director of Account Management will manage customer retention and expansion strategies, leverage AI for data-driven insights, and ensure compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional retention and expansion performance by designing AI-enabled account strategies and optimizing pricing and renewal motions
- Build and coach high-performing account management teams through structured development plans and performance analytics
- Establish high-confidence forecasting systems using AI-enhanced analytics and partner with Finance and Revenue Operations for data integrity
Required qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in account management or customer success, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in improving retention and customer trust in regulated environments
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly governed industries preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and AI-driven analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
