Job Summary
Leading the transformation of the Account Management function, the full-time remote Director of Account Management will develop a proactive, strategic client partnership model focused on enhancing client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a scalable Account Management operating model with clear performance expectations and governance processes
- Drive the evolution of client engagement towards insight-driven consultative partnerships that demonstrate measurable business value
- Establish and standardize processes for managing client relationships, ensuring consistency and reducing churn
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field required
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) preferred
- 8+ years in account management or customer success, preferably in healthcare IT or a technical environment
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing client-facing teams required
- Proven experience in driving retention, growth, and managing client lifecycle processes
