Job Summary

Setting the vision and strategy for Account Management, the remote Director of Account Management will lead a high-performing team focused on building long-term partnerships with complex enterprise accounts while driving portfolio performance and aligning team priorities with company goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen merchant partnerships and drive accountability across the organization
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influence broader commercial strategies based on insights from partnerships
  • Establish scalable operating models and performance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Proven ability to influence organizational strategy and navigate complex, multi-layered environments
  • Strong business judgment and analytical thinking with experience solving complex problems
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with executives
  • Experience in fintech, payments, commerce, or technology-driven industries is preferred
