Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Director of Account Management will drive client retention and expansion strategies, mentor account managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Analyze account health and implement initiatives to maximize customer value and drive renewals
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning Absorb solutions with client objectives
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of leadership experience in mid-market/enterprise SaaS account management
- Proven experience managing complex accounts in North America
- Demonstrated success in driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- High intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
