Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Director of Account Management will be responsible for customer retention, growth, and satisfaction across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Accounts in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the account management team to achieve renewal and growth goals while fostering a customer-centric culture
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to build long-term partnerships with key clients
- Own and manage renewal, retention, upsell, and cross-sell performance, ensuring accountability for revenue targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth in a SaaS environment
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends effectively
