Director of Account Management

Job Summary

Experienced in healthcare analytics, the full-time remote Director of Account Management will manage client relationships with large self-insured employers, ensuring satisfaction through strategic insights and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients, fostering long-term relationships and understanding their needs
• Utilize advanced analytics to create insights that inform decision-making and enhance client satisfaction
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in account management or client success within data analytics or consulting environments
• 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics and 3 years in healthcare payment integrity
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and negotiating contracts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences
