Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of Account Management Operations will drive operational excellence and scalability across Customer Success and Account Management functions, partnering with various departments to enhance client experiences and organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Translate company strategies into operational priorities and execution plans
- Design and improve operational processes and governance models to enhance efficiency and client outcomes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive-level operational reporting to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in customer success or account operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational improvements and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management or healthcare operations preferred
- Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and engage with executive-level stakeholders
