Director of Account Services Products

Job Summary

To drive the next phase of growth in Consumer Directed Healthcare products, the full-time remote Director of Account Services Products will lead the vision and execution of product roadmaps across HSA, FSA, HRA, and claims technology while ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of the Consumer Directed Health product roadmap, focusing on HSA, FSA, HRA, and claims technology initiatives
• Drive operational excellence and accountability across multiple product domains and leadership teams
• Mentor and lead a high-performing organization of Product Managers and Product leaders through collaboration and strategic oversight

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or Product Operations experience, with at least 4 years in product leadership roles within HealthTech or FinTech
• Deep expertise in Consumer Directed Health ecosystems including HSA, FSA, HRA, and claims products
• Experience leading large-scale product organizations and managing managers
• Strong understanding of product operating models and roadmap governance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
