• Oversee a team of SEO Managers, providing direction, mentorship, and accountability
• Step into client calls to provide senior strategic perspective on complex accounts or escalations
• Stay current on Local SEO and Technical SEO best practices to effectively evaluate the team's work

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in SEO with strong fluency in both Local SEO and Technical SEO
• Experience managing or leading a team of SEO professionals
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to present confidently to firm leadership
• Ability to audit work critically and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and oversight
