Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and analysis
• Research and address technical accounting matters and support complex areas of accounting
• Oversee monthly closing process, sales tax filings, and accounting policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA license required
• Prior experience in public accounting preferred
• Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks and NetSuite
• 6+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience
