Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and processes for accurate financial statements and record-keeping
• Consolidate and report financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Manage general ledger, monthly closing process, and preparation of financial statements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business and CPA required
• Minimum 8+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition standards, and experience with NetSuite
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and Excel modeling
• Strong technology, software licensing accounting, and revenue recognition experience preferred
