Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting responsible for overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
