Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and compliance
• Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks
• Analyze cost and revenue variances and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required
• 8-10 years of accounting or finance experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a Private Equity environment or healthcare BPaaS/BPO/software company is a plus
• Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Knowledge of tax regulations and internal auditing
