A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ accounting professionals and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee month-end close processes, SOX integration, and implement best practices for efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial performance insights and lead strategic accounting projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience
• Experience in publicly traded companies or Big 4 public accounting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance
