A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead its accounting operations and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Serve as the internal NetSuite expert and optimize accounting systems and processes
• Lead and develop a small team while ensuring high performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on general ledger experience
• Proven experience preparing journal entries
• Strong GAAP technical accounting knowledge
• Direct Oracle NetSuite experience at an expert level
• Experience in multi-entity environments
