Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical and accounting policy needs, including process improvement and system implementation
• Oversee General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and US GAAP
• Lead internal and external audits, providing financial analysis and reporting to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or equivalent education/work experience
• 8 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of management/people leadership experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
