Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in organizations of 50+ employees
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
