Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of 15+ accounting professionals and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
• Oversee the month-end close and financial reporting process, including SOX integration and best practices implementation
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance accounting processes through standardization, automation, and strategic project leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience
• Experience with publicly traded companies or Big 4 public accounting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance
