Job Summary

Director of Accounting, an experienced nonprofit accounting leader is sought for a full-time remote position to oversee financial management services, support nonprofit partners, and develop accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial records and reporting for multiple nonprofit partners
• Supervise part-time accounting staff and enhance internal processes
• Advise nonprofit leadership on financial health and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• 4-Year Degree required
• At least 7 years of nonprofit accounting experience
• 3 years of team leadership experience
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with other accounting software
