Key Responsibilities

• Lead client financial services, maintaining accurate accounting records and providing timely financial statements
• Oversee revenue, billing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely cash posting
• Implement internal controls and manage audits of financial statements while ensuring system integrity for financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, preferably in healthcare finance
• Experience with revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable management
• Proficiency in integrated ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong process improvement and systems optimization skills
