Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client financial services, maintaining accurate records and providing timely financial statements
• Oversee revenue, billing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely cash posting
• Implement internal controls and manage audits of financial statements while ensuring system integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting and reporting experience, preferably in healthcare finance
• Experience with client-consultant engagements and strong relationship-building skills
• Expertise in financial close, reporting, and revenue management
• Proficiency in integrated ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
