Key Responsibilities

• Lead client financial services, ensuring accurate records and timely financial reporting
• Oversee revenue, billing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with contracts
• Manage team development and maintain internal controls and compliance over financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, preferably in healthcare finance
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engagements effectively
• Experience with integrated ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong process improvement skills
