Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the reconciliation of cash, investment, debt accounts, and related activities
• Maintains financial records for retirement plans and collaborates with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversees the performance and workflow of the accounting team, providing guidance and conducting performance appraisals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience (Required)
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• Experience in financial operations and reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
