A company is looking for a Director of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client financial services, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely financial statements
• Oversee revenue, billing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Manage team development and internal controls, while implementing system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, preferably with public accounting background
• Experience in healthcare finance, including payer/provider contracting and value-based care
• Proficiency in integrated ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong process improvement and systems optimization skills
