Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client financial services, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely financial statements
• Oversee revenue management, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
• Implement internal controls and compliance measures while managing team performance and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, preferably in public accounting
• Deep experience in healthcare finance, including payer/provider contracting and value-based care
• Expertise in financial close processes, revenue management, and cash controls
• Experience with integrated ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
