Director of Accounting Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the financial shared service organization
• Ensure accuracy of consolidated financial statements and lead a diverse team of accounting managers and analysts
• Develop and implement strategies for Financial Shared Services functions and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; Master's in Accounting preferred
• 8-10 years of financial management experience, with at least 4 years in a Shared Services leadership role
• 3-5 years of experience in a controllership role supporting executive leadership
• Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and GAAP principles
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Blackline is a plus
