Director of Accounting Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Accounting & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Production Accounting and client integrations
• Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver reliable and scalable accounting capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new capabilities are operationally ready and supportable

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including Director-level experience
• Proven experience with accounting systems or accounting-adjacent products
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and data integrity requirements
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing Product Managers in complex environments
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams
