Director of Accounting Transformation

Job Summary

Providing leadership and supervision, the full-time Director of Accounting Transformation will manage optimization and transformation projects while ensuring adherence to governance standards, SLAs, and KPIs in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and improve team workflows and policies to enhance operational efficiencies
• Monitor compliance with governance standards and review financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and mentor direct reports through performance reviews and feedback

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting transformation and governance
• Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in managing finance teams and overseeing project implementations
• Ability to coordinate onboarding processes for new business clients
• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
