Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounts to lead and scale the Account Management function, focusing on client relationships and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Account Management team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Manage client retention and growth while serving as the escalation point for complex client situations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and define KPIs for success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management or client services experience, preferably in an agency or product company
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams of Account Managers
  • Legal marketing experience with law firm clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM/PM tools and a strong understanding of paid search and SEO
