Job Summary

To own and scale the Walmart business, the remote full-time Director of Accounts will manage P&L responsibilities, lead a team, and develop retailer-specific strategies to drive profitable growth through analytics, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver annual retail sales and net sales targets while managing trade terms and promotional ROI
  • Define and execute a tailored strategy for Walmart, focusing on assortment, merchandising, and pricing
  • Build and empower a high-performing account team while fostering senior-level retailer partnerships
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in high-growth CPG/consumer brands with a focus on Walmart
  • Proven leadership skills in hiring, coaching, and developing talent
  • Expertise in full P&L ownership, pricing, promotional strategies, and retail media
  • Deep understanding of Walmart's operations, including Walmart.com and Walmart Connect
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ROI measurement related to retail performance
